You can book your session through our website's booking system. Choose your desired consultancy pack, select a convenient date and time, and complete the booking form with your details. Payment: Payment for consultancy packs must be made at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods. Your appointment will not be confirmed until payment is received. Payment and Refund Policy: Upfront Payment: Payment is required upfront to secure your booking. This ensures that your consultation slot is reserved exclusively for you. Refund Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund, although you can reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment. Consultation Sessions: Preparation: To make the most of your consultation, please come prepared with any relevant documents or questions you may have. This will help us provide you with the most effective guidance. Punctuality: Please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Technical Support: If you encounter any technical issues during the call, please inform us immediately via email or phone. We will do our best to resolve the issue and reschedule the session if necessary.
